Banana Cinnamon Recipe

Yields:                      2 people

 

Ingredients: 

                    1 banana frozen
                    1 cup almond milk
                    ¼ cup rolled oats
                    ½ tsp cinnamon (I like Penzey's Vietnamese Cinnamon best)
                    1 pitted date
                    6 almonds
                    large handful of spinach

                    ice cubes as needed

 

Directions: 

Add all ingredients to a blender and mix well. You can even add a few more dashes of cinnamon to the top, because cinnamon has a vast list of health benefits.
