Cilantro Green Chutney

Yield:                    3/4 cup

Ingredients:

4 oz of fresh cilantro leaves

1 green chili pepper (either thai or jalapeno)

2 cloves of garlic

¾ tsp sugar

½ tsp salt

½ cup white wine or organic distilled white vinegar

 

Directions:

Place chili and garlic with 1/8 cup vinegar in Vitamix  and blend for aprox 2 min. Add sugar, salt, cilantro and the rest of the vinegar and  blend just to chop the cilantro leaves. Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
