Avocado Tomato Salad

Ingredients: 

                  1 avocado, pitted and sliced Dressing:
                  2 ripe plum tomatoes, sliced 2 tbsp lemon juice
                  2 tbsp olive oil
                  1 tbsp fresh oregano
                  1/4 salt
                  1/4 tsp black pepper

 

Directions: 

Plate tomatoes and avocados. Wisk together dressing ingredients and drizzle over salad and enjoy.
