Chinese Cabbage Salad

Yields:                                     6 people

 

Ingredients: 

5 cups chopped Chinese Cabbage
1/2 cup sliced or shredded radish
1 cup chopped peanuts
1/4 cup sesame seeds
2 tbsp rice vinegar or lemon juice
4 tbsp sesame oil
3 tbsp soy sauce or tamari
1 tbsp honey or agave nectar
1/2-1 tsp dry mustard

Directions: 

Combine cabbage, radishes, peanuts and sesame seeds. Mix remaining ingredients. Toss with cabbage mixture, using just enough dressing to suit your taste.
