Daikon Radish Stir-fry

Cooking time:       10 minutes

Yields:                             2 people

 

Ingredients: 

1-2 daikon radishes, sliced into rounds aprox 1/4" thick
1 broccoli crown, chopped
3 sweet peppers, seeded, sliced into matchsticks
4 cloves garlic, sliced thin
1-2 tbsp olive oil

 

Directions: 

Saute everything on medium heat about 10 minutes. Serve with rice and a drizzle of Tamari or soy sauce.
