Garlicky Broccoli

 

Prep time:                    5 minutes

Cooking time:               10 minutes

Yields:                                   3 people

 

Ingredients: 

1 head of broccoli
3 cloves green garlic, peeled and minced
1 tbsp olive oil
tamari

 

Directions: 

Heat oil in a pan on medium heat.  Saute broccoli 5 minutes while stirring every minute or so. Then add the garlic and cook for 1-2 more minutes. Drizzle with a little tamari and serve.
