Ginger Dressing

Ingredients: 

6 baby carrots ¼ cup
½” slice of ginger 1 ½ tbsp
¼” slice of med onion 1 ½ tbsp
1 ½ tbsp peanuts
1 tsp sesame
3 ½ tbsp mirin
½ tbsp soy sauce


Optional:
3 tbsp peanut oil

 

Directions: 

This is a hard one- no need to chop ingredients or peel ginger. Just toss all ingredients into a blender and blend for 1-2 minutes. for a thiner consistency you can either add water or peanut oil. Enjoy!
