Green Smoothie

Yields:                         2 people

 

Ingredients: 

fresh spinach leaves
orange juice
1/2 cup frozen pineapple or mango chunks
2 frozen bananas
1/2 cup yogurt or coconut milk (the canned kind)

 

Directions: 

Fill blender with spinach to the top, then mash down. Pour orange juice up to the spinach level. Add fruit and yogurt/ coconut milk. Blend until smooth. Add ice cubes if needed for thickening; add a little agave or maple syrup if you like it sweeter.
