Plantago Chips

Ingredients:
wild plaintan leaves
seasoning
olive oil
Directions:
Cut plaintain leaves from any unsprayed area, wash, pat dry on towel. Turn on oven to 250 degrees. Place leaves in a bowl and drizzle with a small amount of oil (you can always add more if needed) and toss to coat evenly. Season with your choice of flavorings; nutritional yeast, garlic, pepper, anything that you would use on kale chips. Toss to coat the seasoning evenly on the chips. Lay the chips on a baking sheet and cook for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and enjoy. This is an excellent anti-inflammatory snack.
