Chard Salsa

Cooking time: 13 minutes
Yields: 4 people
Ingredients:
1 bunch chard, stems and leaves chopped
3-5 tomatoes, quartered, seeds and juice removed, chopped
2 sweet peppers, diced
2-3 hot peppers, minced
3-4 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp celery leaves, minced
sea salt to taste
Directions:
Steam the chard in a little bit of water and a sprinkle of salt until tender, about 5 minutes. Set aside. Meanwhile, saute the peppers and garlic in the oil on medium heat, stirring frequently, about 8 minutes. In a bowl, combine the chopped tomatoes, the peppers and garlic, celery leaves and sea salt. Serve a scoop of chard with salsa on top. Also good as layers on crust of bread, bruscetta style.
