Chard Wraps

Yields:                                    4 people

 

Ingredients: 

8 chard leaves
1 onion, peeled and sliced
2 cloves garlic, peeled and sliced
1/2 cucumber sliced thin
10 basil leaves
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
hummus

Directions: 

Saute swiss chard stems, onion and garlic in the olive oil. Stir in the sea salt when done. Take each chard leaf, spread the inside with hummus, then add cucumber, basil and onion saute. Fold the leaf shut and serve.
